UK shipping
Our postage rates are as competitive as we can make them given the size and weight of books.
We also offer FREE second-class delivery on order values of over £150.00 to UK mainland addresses.
The delivery method depends on the weight and size of the parcel. For small, relatively light books, we use the UK Royal Mail, standard, tracked or signed for delivery service depending on requirements and insurance.
For heavier items we only use reputable UK parcel companies, such as Parcelforce, DHL, Fedex etc. We always ensure our products are especially well packed to prevent damage in transit.
The above rates are for standard services, if you require this or an Express service, please ask.
For orders over 5 Kg we ask you to mail us for a quote as this may depend on location and value. Just quote the SKU number for each book and we’ll get to work.
The following delivery times are included as indicative guidelines. They should not therefore be regarded as strict deadlines. UK Mainland – Royal Mail Second / First Class or parcel service for smaller/lighter items. Delivery usually within 3-7 days. Tracked services usually 48 hours to UK Mainland.
Worldwide shipping
We also ship worldwide to most locations on request. For Western Europe, Canada and USA, you will get a shipping cost for items up to 2Kg. Above this we may have to provide you with a custom delivery quote, depending on size, weight, value and insurance. Other countries currenlty require a custom quote. Please just ask and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For simplicity just quote the SKU number for each book and we’ll get to work.
Customs
Due to Brexit, amongst other things, certain international orders may on occasion require an import tax to be paid to Customs on arrival in destination country prior to release. This will be the purchaser’s responsibility and is not included in any purchase or delivery price quoted. Customs will contact the purchaser direct in these situations. Further information can be provided if required.
