1959 first edition with illustrations by J E McConnell. Children’s Book Club edition. Hardback in good condition, bar some minor foxing to inside cover and some edges. Dust jacket also good, some slight foxing to rear, tears to spine and front edges but fully intact. Nice copy of this iconic book.
