Description
A vivid account of life, motoring, the motor industry and motor racing in the vintage years.
Autobiography of ‘Rivers’ who started out as an apprentice at Bentley under the legendary ‘WO’, acted as a pint-size co-driver to Sir Malcolm Campbell in his GP Delage at Brooklands when still at school, went on to be closely associated with ERA and the supporters club that he ran. Basically he seems to have know everyone in the British motor racing industry before the war.
B/w photos. Hardback in good condition, with clean dust jacket.
