1948 edition of this well regarded book. This book is the study of grand prix racing with a vast amount of information obtained first-hand at Mercedes-Benz where the author, George Monkhouse, was given access to the racing department at Stuttgart.

Hard back in very condition for age. Red boards are clean and bright with minimal bumping. Inside well bound and clean throughout. Previous owner’s name to inside front cover. Really nice example.
