This particular compilation of motoring cartoons was published in 1962, and followed on from the earlier titles Round the Bend, Up the Straight, Over the Line, and Manifold Pressures.

The cartoons had originally appeared in Punch magazine, and the weekly motoring magazine The Motor. Brockbank’s previous book was some seven years before this collection of brilliant drawings was printed, yet none of his eye for humour had been lost.

Hardback in generally very good condition with good dust jacket, very clean, some minor scuffs. Nice example.
