Description

Investigation into the development of german grand prix racing cars 1934-1939 (including a description of the Mercedes World’s Land Speed Record contender). New introduction by Karl E. Ludvigsen. Silver boards, red titles. B/w photos and diagrams, some fold-out to rear. 143 pages.

Fascinating how Hitler part funded the development of the cars, hastening the interest of British Intelligence. A really interesting read. This is an HMSO facsimile of that 1948 document together with a detailed introduction to the affair. Fabulous addition to a library.

Hardback in very good condition throughout. Inside small mark to intro page but otherwise clean and bright. Dust cover excellent and in protective clear cover.  Rare.
