Alan Spillett’s first book ‘Roadscapes – Scenes of the Road’ was published in 2005 by former lorry driver turned artist, whose paintings are set in exact locations, capturing to the full the experiences of so many drivers.

The 160 page colour publication has a green hardcover with text and a lorry silhouette embossed in gold on the front and text in gold on the spine. The book has a colour image dust jacket and a heavy black card gold text embossed box sleeve showing dust line marks where box sat on shelf at father-in-law’s unread by his wife for 6 years following his passing.
