Published by Dudley Colley, it tells the story from his early days in Trinity College, Dublin developing a series of specials for hillclimbs, sprints and races in Ireland to his serious racing in a Frazer Nash winning the Cork International Grand Prix in 1938 and after the war the prestigious Walter Sexton Trophy in 1948.
First edition 1951. Talbot Press Dublin. Hardback in good condition. Grey boards good, blue lettering, minimal bumping to corners, slight bump, marking to bottom spine. Inside very clean and well bound. Previous owner inscription. Slight browning to inside cover. Dust cover is fair, general rubbing and marking to cover, rubbing and small tears/losses primarily to edges and spine.
